Serena & I in Lucca, Tuscany. Ready for a night on the town... Though this sleepy town had no night life so we were back in our hotel by 9 and then were stalked by the overnight hotel desk clerk! He slipped notes under our door and left wine!

Our one splurge! One night in the Piccolo Hotel Puccini- right next to Puccini's birthplace!

These mountainside doors were all over Santorini... People carve out beach homes since pumice rock is soft enough to do this!

Red Beach- so gorgeous and there were tons of Greek artists selling their work on the 2 mile hike to get to the beach! I was in heaven.

We were on too much of a budget to even dream of going on a gondola... so I took a photo instead.

This place had the best arancini ever! Located in the entrance to Piazza San Marco.
